Despite the slow Wi-Fi, the green mountaintop view was wonderful and relaxing. Their breakfast was superb with a variety of fresh bread and juice. the hotel was in a prime location for skiing and hiking trails.
The Christmas dinner was overpriced and tasted nothing like a holiday meal. It was disappointing how the receptionist was unwelcoming upon arrival, and the cleaning crew was unprofessional when they entered our room early in the morning without announcing themselves.

The hotel location is surrounded by lush green mountains to provide a very peaceful and calming atmosphere. the breakfast was impressive, featuring a range of fresh fruits, nuts, eggs, and bread. the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom was clean and modern, featuring both shower and bathtub.
The reception staff's welcoming behavior could be improved.

Beautifully designed hotel with luxurious amenities. the rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding, a large bathroom, and a balcony with stunning views of the mountains. the spa and wellness center is exceptional, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room, and a treatment room for massages.
The internet connection can be slow at times, which can be frustrating for those who need to use it regularly. But this minor issue can be easily overlooked considering all the other amenities and services offered at the hotel.

We loved the amazing mountain view from our cozy and comfortable room. The lush green valley setting was serene, providing us with the much-needed relaxation. The hotel staff was attentive, our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious and filling, making for a great start to each day.

The view was amazing, with beautiful mountains all around. The outdoor pool was refreshing and modern, perfect for relaxing with my partner. The food was truly delicious, offering a wide range of options.
There were some issues with the rooms, as we found the mattress quite uncomfortable and the air conditioning was lacking. this was not the romantic escape we had hoped for.
